Sean and Rachael met at Norfolk Academy in the sixth grade. However, it was not until tenth grade during German class that the two became a pair. From this point forward, Rachael was always in the audience for Sean's shows, and Sean never failed to cheer Rachael on at her rowing regattas. In the midst of a global pandemic, the two went off to separate colleges. Luckily, the hour long distance between JMU and UVA made weekend visits easy. Almost one year after college graduation, Sean proposed to Rachael in Washington, D.C., the place they now call home!
