Transport Azumah offers bus service from NYC and Philadelphia to Long Beach Island, with stops in Manahawkin (at the Mainland Holiday Inn), Surf City, and other locations on the island. Be sure to check their website for schedules and to book in advance.

Please note that there is no longer service from Newark Airport.

Alternatively, NJ Transit Bus (Route 319) runs from NYC and Newark Airport to Manahawkin, followed by a short Uber/Lyft ride onto the island. NJ Transit trains are also available to nearby towns, with a car service or rideshare needed for the final leg.

We recommend arranging transportation ahead of time, especially during the busy summer season.
