The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party will be held at City Winery, 23 Factory Street, Montgomery, NY 12549.

We recommend you arrive at 4:00 pm for pre-ceremony refreshments. Ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Shuttles will be provided from both hotels (see travel tab for details).

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). Reception and after party will be held indoors.

Yes, there will be complimentary parking available on site. Cars will not be allowed to park overnight at the venue.

Courtyard Marriott and Hampton by Hilton are located right next to each other and have individual room blocks under our name. You can book your room after 11/1/23. Refer to room block FAQ for more details. The shuttle will be stopping at both hotels. Please note that the post-wedding brunch will be at Courtyard Marriott, but all guests are welcome!

The room block name is "Alperin Cross Wedding" and group code is 'ACW'. Refer to transportation section for links to book online. The cutoff date to book rooms within the block is September 3, 2024. Reservations must be made prior to this date to receive the discounted rate. Both hotels are comparable in price and are located right next to each other, both 20 minutes from the welcome reception venue and wedding venue. We strongly recommend booking a hotel given this is prime wedding season/location.

We recommend flying into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), or John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and renting a car from there. The drive is around 1.5 hours to the hotel for all three airports. You can also fly into New York Stewart International Airport (SWF) which is 30 minutes from the hotel, but flight options are extremely limited.
