No, the ceremony and reception will all be held at the Mayowood Stone Barn.

Ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be indoors & outdoors (weather permitting). Reception will be all indoors.

Yes, there is a very large parking lot at the venue. When driving into the venue follow the signs to find the parking lot.

No, guests are responsible for providing own transportation to and from hotel and venue.

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at Home 2 Suites in Rochester. To reserve, please find the travel tab on our website and there you will find a link to reserve. Please be aware that when reserving it automatically assumes you are staying 2 nights, to change that make sure to edit your stay and change calendar date to one night only (10/4) if that is what you choose.

For dinner it will be buffet style. Guests will have a choice between 2 entrees, 3 sides and a biscuit. A beverage station will also be available with water, lemonade & hot apple cider.

1 domestic beer keg will be available at no cost. Otherwise there will not be an open bar, cash bar only. The venue accepts cash and credit cards, and an ATM is available onsite if needed.

Everyone must be cleaned, packed up and gone by 11.
