The celebration will take place at: 7778 30th Sideroad Alliston, ON L9R 1V1 Please plan to arrive at 1:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Following the ceremony, we’ll continue the celebration with cocktails, food, music, activities, and DJs, plus late‑night snacks to keep the party going. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’ve reserved a limited block of rooms at the Red Pine Inn for our wedding weekend. We will be organizing a shuttle to and from the wedding from this accommodation. You are able to just book the Friday night for the wedding or extend your stay should you be attending any other events.

Room rate:

$190 per night (Two Queen Standard Room) + 13% HST

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be held until Wednesday, June 17, 2026. After this date, any unbooked rooms will be released and additional rooms will be subject to availability and standard rates.

Dress Code

SUMMER BACKYARD WEDDING

We’ll be celebrating with a backyard wedding in July, so please plan to dress for summer heat and outdoor comfort.

Light, breathable fabrics are encouraged, linen suits or lighter‑weight attire are perfect. Ties are optional, and we’d love everyone to feel comfortable while still looking festive.

The ceremony and reception will take place on grass, so we recommend flats, wedges, or block heels rather than stilettos.

Most importantly, wear something you can move, mingle, and enjoy the day in... we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Q + A

When should we arrive?

For those local the wedding will start around 1.30pm in Alliston. For those travelling overseas we would love to host you for a welcome party on the 23rd July.

Where can we stay?

We have a group rate at the Red Pine Inn. Please see the accommodation information for more details. We encourage guests to stay here as we will be organising a shuttle service from here to the wedding.

What’s the nearest airport?

Toronto Pearson is the nearest airport. Flights depart from London Heathrow and London Gatwick. Please let us know when you are arriving so we can assist you with getting up north.

How do we get around?

Alliston and Tottenham are a little bit remote so if you want to be able to move around we recommend renting a car at the airport in advance or in Alliston at Avelon.

Parking on the wedding day

If you need to drive to the wedding, please be responsible. You can park at the municipal office on the 30th sideroad and walk over to the house. Please mind traffic and ensure you have a DD.
