The dress code for the wedding will be Semi-formal. This means suit and tie for the guys and a dress for the women.

No, we can only accommodate those specified on your invitation.

Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, reception will be indoors.

Unfortunately we can not accommodate children at the wedding and ask that you please make other arrangements. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, the venue has plenty of on-site parking, there will also be a shuttle from the hotel

Yes following the reception we will be going to MPM Tiki and Sports Bar, the address for that is 2451 Old Brick Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060. This will be a cash bar, transportation not provided.

The bus will pick up guests from the Hyatt House Richmond Short Pump and make 2 trips it will depart at 3:40 and 4:25 pm. Coming back the shuttle will also make 2 trips departing the venue at 10:30 and 11:15pm.

Please bring your own pair of shoes for the reception if you want to be more comfortable.

You will see a barcode to scan & upload your event photos & videos the day of the wedding. We can also send you the upload link if needed. We'd love to capture/ have the photos & videos you've taken over the weekend with us & appreciate a device free wedding ceremony as we've hired professional photographers & videographers for ceremony coverage.
