Jake and Rachel first met their freshman year of college at Susquehanna. While working in the finance office, they quickly became friends. After weeks of talking, Jake finally worked up the nerve ask for Rachel’s number after class. Late night walks brought them closer together, while Rachel continued to insist they were just friends. Finally, during sophomore, on October 31st, 2018 Jake asked Rachel to be his girlfriend.

After graduating in May of 2021, they both moved away from home to start their careers, Jake in San Antonio, Texas and Rachel in Lebanon, PA. After a year of living apart, they decided it was time to live together in West Chester, PA. They love to travel and decided it was time to add two more countries to their list, Spain and France. During our walk down the Eiffel tower, Jake got down on one knee and asked Rachel to marry him! They are so excited for all their future adventures to come.
