When we send out our formal invitations, there will be a RSVP tab. Under the "RSVP here" tab, type the name(s) listed on your envelope.
Kindly RSVP before Saturday, May 24, 2025.
If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you to still let us know at the soonest opportunity.
Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final head counts to our vendors after this deadline-you will be missed!
Are kids welcome?
Although we love your children, we regretfully are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our reception. We hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the night with us!
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The dress code is formal. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans or sneakers please.
Social hour will be outside (weather permitting!)
Where will the ceremony and reception be?
Both the ceremony and reception are in the same location. The ceremony is on the lower level and the reception is on the third floor. There is an elevator available to use as needed. The ceremony and reception will both be indoors and we hope to host an outdoor social hour in between.
Is there parking available?
Parking is plentiful and free in the city of Chelsea. With ample street parking and six lots located within a block radius of the venue, everyone is sure to find a spot.
Please allow 10 minutes to park, walk, and find your seats, prior to ceremony start.
Will there be transportation?
We are providing 2 large busses to pick up guests from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ann Arbor West prior to the reception. The first bus will leave at 4:40pm and the second at 5:00pm. The hotel is about 15 minutes from our venue.
Feel free to use this transportation even if you're not staying at the hotel! The bus will make return trips back to the hotel throughout the night including at the conclusion of the reception (11:30pm) and until 1:30pm from the afterparty nearby. Please note that there are no Ubers in Chelsea.
Is there an afterparty?
Yes! At the conclusion of the reception (11:30pm) there will be an afterparty within walking distance of the venue at Jet's Pizza. Snacks will be provided and alcohol will be available for purchase. The bus will provide rides from the afterparty back to the Holiday Inn Express.
