Our Wedding

Rachel and Jake met like any other young millennial couple- on their phones. However, unlike most relationships these days, they decided to meet in person. After one night of trivia and a giant pretzel, Rachel decided it was worth a second date. Jake, however, was worried about her "trip to Alaska" that she had planned with her family. But, much to his surprise, when she came back, there were still more dates to follow. Skip ahead, skip ahead... (iykyk...) After a few months of dating, Jake and Rachel decided to move in together in February 2020. It was a glorious time, filled with promise and love. One month later, the world shut down (iykyk...) They were each working across their new dining room table every day. Rachel was in the bank, Jake was back in elementary school with Rachel's class. So there they were, doing puzzles, becoming water color artists, having movie marathons, having more movie marathons, and genuinely enjoying each other's company. Skip ahead, skip ahead... After a sense of normalcy returned, Jake decided that if they could quarantine together and come out the other side, having enjoyed it, that they could build a life together both in and outside of their tiny NYC apartment. He made the plan.He got the ring.He convinced her that he was not proposing on the day he was proposing.He asked her the big question. Rachel said yes. We can't wait to become Mr. and Mrs. and celebrate with you all!

A shuttle will be available for hotel guests to travel to the ceremony at 6PM followed by a second shuttle upon its return. A shuttle will be available to return to the hotel after the reception starting at 12:00am and running through 1:30am.
