Parker and Rachel’s journey together began in middle school, where they became friends and stayed in touch through high school. However, after graduation in 2015, they lost contact as they each moved forward with their lives. It wasn’t until April of 2017, when Rachel stumbled upon a Snapchat video of Parker and a friend (one of their groomsmen, Anthony) taking on the challenge of visiting all four Disney parks in one day, that they reconnected. Impressed by the adventure and spontaneity in the video, Rachel reached out, and their story picked up right where it had left off.

Their first official date was at Johnny Angels, a cozy diner in Jacksonville, later that month. It was a simple yet meaningful evening, and little did they know, it was the start of a love story neither of them could have predicted. Just a few weeks later, they took their first trip to Disney World together (pictured above).

The moment they both knew they were meant to be together came somewhat unexpectedly. After only a week of dating, Parker accidentally said "I love you" as he was dropping Rachel off at work. Panicking, Rachel slammed the car door, but deep down, they both knew that was the moment everything had changed.

Over the years, they’ve both embraced each other's worlds—Rachel has developed a love for Star Wars and Marvel, while Parker even attended a Taylor Swift concert with her (that's true love!).

One of the most memorable milestones in their relationship was when Parker followed Rachel to Tennessee as she finished college, just a few months into dating. It was a big leap, but it felt like the right step for them both, and it only strengthened their connection.

Parker proposed in a beautiful moment on the Gatlinburg SkyPark, a suspension bridge overlooking the stunning Appalachian Mountains.

As they look forward to their future, Parker and Rachel are excited to buy their first home together later this year, followed by a long-awaited honeymoon to Europe in 2026. They can’t wait to see what life holds for them, knowing that whatever comes next will be filled with love, laughter, and many more adventures together.
