HOTEL BLOCK INFORMATION FOR BOOKING ROOMS:

**If you had booked a reservation for our original wedding date in October 2020, your reservation has been cancelled and you will need to re-book for 2021. Sorry for the inconvenience!

There is a group rate of 179$ (+taxes/fees) for the night of the wedding on Saturday (last day to book is September 16th, 2021). Please note, the reservation link will only work for Saturday, October 16th. If guests use the link to book outside of Saturday, the link will show that there are no rooms available. If guests have any questions, issues while booking, or need to book additional days, please contact the Event Manager - Sara at 716-768-7367 or swasilewski@shanercorp.com and she can assist based on hotel availability. Another option is if you are unable to book and more rooms need to be added to the block, please let Rachel or Jimmy know as they can add more rooms to the block as needed based on hotel availability.

We recommend booking early as the hotel is connected to the KeyBank Arena. There is a home sabres game this day so it will fill early.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION FROM BUFFALO MARRIOTT HARBORCENTER FOR OUT OF TOWN GUESTS STAYING HERE**We will also be having a shuttle from our hotel block at Buffalo Marriott HarborCenter. If you are staying at the Buffalo Marriott HarborCenter, there will be a shuttle provided to bring you to and from Statler City. There will be pick-ups from the hotel prior to the reception starting at 3:45pm. The shuttle will do loops from the hotel to Statler until 5pm and will come approx. every 20-30 minutes. Please try to get on as earliest as you can so not everyone is trying to make the last pick up and not everyone fits (plus there is a bar at Statler City you are able to hang out at prior to the reception and are able to check out the place!). The shuttle will then being doing loops between the hotel and Statler to pick up guests from Statler City after the reception to bring them back to the hotel. The first pick-up from the Statler will be 8:15pm and will do loops approx. every 20-30 minutes until 11pm to bring guests back to the hotel (if they don't want to continue to other bars for an afterparty!).

The other hotels information is provided in case you are looking for other options. All these hotels are close to the reception and would be a quick uber/taxi ride and even if weather is nice, some would be a quick walk!

There will be no shuttle service from this hotel but its right next-door to the marriott at harborcenter which will have the shuttle.
