How We Met

Our journey together began in a modern way — through a dating app! What started as a simple connection turned into something much more. We quickly discovered that we shared a love for fitness, especially CrossFit, and a deep passion for the outdoors. One of our favorite activities is rucking — hiking with weighted backpacks — which we love doing together to challenge ourselves while enjoying nature.

Beyond the gym and our rucking adventures, we are proud parents to three big, lovable dogs: Luna, Anika, and Duke. They keep us on our toes and bring so much joy to our lives. Whether it’s hiking through the mountains, running along the beach, or just spending quiet evenings at home with our pups, we cherish every moment spent outdoors.

The Proposal

Our love story reached a new chapter in the most beautiful way. On October 23, while on vacation in New England, Chris surprised me with a proposal at the Von Trapp House in Stowe, Vermont. In the serene, wooded chapel on the property, surrounded by nature, he asked the question that would change our lives forever. It was a moment filled with love, happiness, and a sense of forever.

Our Wedding

We love to travel and explore new places together, and after a memorable weeklong vacation visiting the Whiteheads, we decided on Inlet Beach, Florida, as the perfect spot to say "I do." With its beautiful beaches and the memories we made there, it felt like the ideal place to begin this next chapter of our lives. We’re so excited to celebrate our love and new adventures with our closest friends and family.
