Guests can choose to check in Friday or Saturday.

To ensure everyone makes it to the ceremony on time, please take note of the shuttle schedule below. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly, as the hotel has informed us that early check-ins will not be available. Continential breakfast included.

Check-in for guests arriving Saturday opens at 3:00 PM.

3:00 PM: First shuttle departs for guests. Please take this shuttle if you checked in on Friday.

3:30 PM: Second shuttle departs for guests checking in on Saturday.

Space is limited on the shuttle, so please plan accordingly.

Late Night Returns: Shuttle will depart from Lilac Acres to return to the hotel at the following times:

10:15 PM | 10:45 PM | 11:15 PM

How do I sign up for the shuttle? There is a sign up sheet at the front desk of the hotel for you to sign up for your intended shuttle time(s). If you plan on checking into the hotel after the wedding, but would like to take the shuttle home, you can call the hotel ahead of time to be added to the sign up sheet.
