Apparently I met Luke when I was in high school but I honestly don't remember him (my then best friend was the girlfriend at the time to his older brother). Fast forward to 2018 when I reached out to him on Facebook... we met up one day and spent quite a bit of time together, for a month or so.... Then my life took a turn and I had to spend some time in Tennessee to get my life back together.... We reconnected for a day but because he didn't have his life together, that timing was off too.... We spoke every now and then over the years but my life was going a different direction... Fast forward to late October 2023 - my life took another turn & it led me to Luke (third times a charm, right?!?)... We've been together ever since & it's been a crazy adventure but I wouldn't change a thing :) He told me wayyy back in 2021 that he was gonna marry me one day - to which I always responded "you're crazy" and laughed it off.....now look at us... getting married ;)

I remember going to my brothers when I was a younger and stay with him on the weekends and school breaks. Rachel would come to my brothers and see my brothers girl friend. When I first met Rachel I could not stand her. I thought she was rude and obnoxious. Well years went by and out of nowhere Rachel reaches out to me and we ended up spending a couple weeks together. Rachel ended up making some bad decisions in life and life took us separate ways. Rachel went to go better her life and I went on a road of destruction. We stayed in touch a little bit. She got her life together, came home, and we seen each other again except this time I was not in the right mind to try and pursue anything with Rachel. Now mind you, this whole time I really was feeling Rachel but I wasn’t sure if we could ever be something. I was scared of hurting her and I knew if I tried to be with her then it would end bad and I did not want that, cause I really did like her. I finally got my life together and as I was doing so I would tell Rachel I was going to marry her one day! I was dead serious. She would just say "no you're not" and laugh it off or whatever. Here we are a few years later and we are getting ready for our wedding. I always tell her the third time is a charm. And well here we are - the third time we tried this, we found love.
