Ladies will begin the day at 10:00 AM in the Glass House’s bridal suite, getting pampered with hair and makeup while enjoying a fun and relaxing morning together. Gentlemen should arrive by 11:30 AM and can unwind with games in their suite beneath the Glass House before getting dressed. We’ll have plenty of food and drinks to keep everyone refreshed. Our photographer will arrive around 11:00 AM to capture all the special details and getting-ready moments leading up to the big celebration!

**Apple Maps is the preferred GPS to find the venue - if you don’t have an iPhone, follow signs for the wedding venue as it might take you to the property owner’s house. Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 3:45 PM. Please follow the signs leading to "The Garden." For your convenience, a shuttle service will be available to transport guests to and from the Courtyard Hotel or the wedding cabin and Nichols Heir. Our ceremony will take place on a stone circular patio overlooking the Smoky Mountains and beside a large white oak tree. In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved down to the Glass House. For families with pre-approved little ones, we’re happy to offer a babysitting option during the ceremony to help make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.

While the bridal party and family take photos, we invite you to enjoy handcrafted signature cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a variety of lawn games. You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery and a magnificent native White Oak tree on a lovely turfed patio. In case of rain, a clear tent will ensure everyone stays comfortable while still enjoying the scenic view. Feel free to explore the venue, soak in the scenery, take a walk down memory lane, and capture your very own special moments!

Step inside The Glass House and take in its stunning 360-degree views of the majestic oak and pine trees surrounding the property. Enjoy a delicious buffet-style dinner before heading outside to dance under the stars on one of the venue’s beautiful patios. Around 9:30 PM, we’ll have a faux send-off, followed by an exciting transformation into an Electric Forest-inspired experience—bringing the energy of an EDM festival to life! *Please note there will be flashing lights, bright lasers, and mesmerizing LED flow performers, so guests with light sensitivities should take caution.*
