If you received an invitation, you do not need to worry about lodging. We have lodging covered for the entire bridal party and both of our families. The only people that would have to worry about lodging are the spouses/partners of anyone in the bridal party.
What is the address of the Airbnb?
The Airbnb we will be staying at and having our ceremony is nicknamed “The Barn”, the address is:

How far to get to the ceremony?
From our house in Allegan, MI…..it’s about a 9.5 hour drive to Bayfield, WI (going through Chicago). Followed by a short ferry ride to Madeline Island.
Is there an option to fly?
The closest airport to Bayfield, WI is located in Duluth, Minnesota. This airport is about a 2 hour drive to where the ferry departs from Bayfield.
There is also the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, this is a 3 hour and 45 minute drive from Bayfield, Wisconsin.
If you are planning to fly, please check the ferry schedule to make sure you can catch a ferry over to the island once you arrive to Bayfield! The ferry is first come, first serve.
Can I bring my car across the ferry?
You sure can! Round trip tickets for vehicles are $33 and then an additional $19 per person.
Do I HAVE to bring a car across on the ferry?
You sure don't! We can easily arrange for you to be picked up on the ferry docks once you arrive to Madeline Island.
Are kids allowed?
We do not want any kids at our ceremony or day of ceremony festivities. We would like for it to be a low stress day for everyone, with our guests being fully present and undistracted.
