We do not have any hotel blocks. However, there are plenty of hotel and rental options around KC to choose from. We have listed a few recommendations for hotels close to our venue in the travel tab.

Please note any restrictions when you RSVP as we have to notify the staff so they are able to prepare for this in advance. There will be appetizers, drinks, dinner, and dessert provided.

You can bring a plus one, but please note this on the RSVP. There will be children present, they always bring the fun! Please note any children on the RSVP as well. If your guest or child(ren) are listed on the RSVP you can select accept or decline for them on the first page.

This is a formal attire event but black tie is not necessary. We'd love to see some Christmas spirit!! Be sure to prepare for the MidWest weather...it may be cold!

Yes! Everything will be indoors and at the same location, Loose Mansion. There will be an outside area that will be available for loitering during cocktail hour and for smoking throughout the evening. A coat rack will be available to hang up your coat.

We will not have any shuttles, but there are several options for this! You're welcome to drive; there is plenty of parking on site and a security guard will direct you to the lot upon arrival. Handicap parking and a drop off zone will be available. Uber or Lyft is also readily available in downtown KC. The new KC Streetcar also has a stop within walking distance to the venue!

During the ceremony, please refrain from taking pictures so our photographer is able to capture everything in a professional manner. During cocktail hour and the reception, take as many pictures as you'd like! We will gladly take pictures with everyone at the reception and would love to see pictures post ceremony. We'll have a QR code for you to add your fun pictures to an album for us.

Loose Mansion is on the National Historic Registry. Please be respectful of the space and help protect its' beautiful interior. As you come in for the wedding, grab a brochure to read about the Mansion's history!
