We have two room blocks at the following hotels. Both are approximately 20 minutes from the venue, and we will be providing transportation to and from each hotel on the day of the wedding.

Our wedding weekend happens to correspond with parent's weekend at the local colleges, which makes for a very busy time of year! Due to this, our "room blocks" are actually booked as a group of individual rooms. (Apparently there IS a difference)

When you call Best Western at Hunt Ridge, please request that you would like a room from the "Peter Laws wedding" group of rooms and they will switch the reservation to your name!

Similarly, when you call the Sleep Inn & Suites, please request that you would like to "take one of the rooms" from the "Laws and Jankowski" group of rooms. Please use this language to book your room since this is not a traditional wedding block, and the front desk will get confused otherwise!

If you call one of the hotels and the staff still seems confused, tell them to check reservations by the "arrival date" of October 8, and they should be able to find the rooms that way as well.
