Venue Information
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE NEAR OR AT YOUR VENUE?
Yes, our venue has a parking lot on site that is available for use. We recommend carpooling to allow for as many people to park in the lot as possible!
WILL YOUR WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony will be held outdoors in a meadow at our venue, and the reception will be indoors! However, Colorado weather is unpredictable and we have an indoor option at the same venue as well.
Plus ones and Children
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A PLUS ONE?
Unfortunately, due to limited space, and catering options we do not have the capacity to accommodate additional guests, and plus ones.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY CHILDREN?
We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests not included in the invitations sent out for our wedding day. Thank you for your understanding.
Food and Drinks
WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
We will be catering Hickory House barbecue buffet style!
WILL THERE BE MEAL OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?
Yes, please let us know when you RSVP if there are any dietary restrictions that we need to be aware of!
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
No, we will not be serving any alcohol at our wedding.
Wedding Registry and Gifts info
Where can I find the wedding registry?
You can locate our wedding registry on the last tab on our website. Please let us know if it is not working properly for some reason and we will check it out!
WHERE SHOULD WE BRING/SEND OUR WEDDING GIFT?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to Rachel's parents house at 4765 Larksong Dr. Castle Rock, CO. A wedding card box will be at our reception as well as a gift table for those in attendance!
Wedding day itinerary info
What is our wedding day itinerary?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm with our cocktail hour at 4:30 and the reception will be held after that!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to our ceremony to ensure you get the best seats in the house!
WHAT TIME WILL YOUR RECEPTION END? IS THERE ANY AFTER PARTY?
Our reception will conclude at 9:00pm. There will not be an after party!
WILL THERE BE A TIME GAP BETWEEN YOUR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
Yes, we will have a cocktail hour where guests can enjoy some non-alcoholic refreshments and some charcuterie style snacks as well as some lawn games on the patio!
Other common wedding info
AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS AT YOUR WEDDING?
We request that all of our guests do not take any photos during our ceremony, especially the processional. We will have a designated 'photo minute' directed by the officiant. Following the photo minute, we ask guests to put their phones away and live in the moment with us. We can assure you that we have hired the very best of the best to capture our day, and ask that you allow her to do her job. So, sit back, relax, and embrace all the love and joy! We do not care if phones are taken out during the reception, but please help us keep our ceremony unplugged!
CAN I POST PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
We kindly ask that you refrain from posting photos from our special day until after the bride and groom have made the announcement themselves.
WHERE WILL WEDDING UPDATES BE POSTED?
We promise to keep everyone up to date on any changes around our wedding via the wedding website.
