We have room blocks at Pine Peaks Lodge and Suites and Whitefish Lodge, which are located in Crosslake. The event center has room for campers or ice houses but likely won't have electricity or water turned on at this time of year. Folks are welcome to bring a generator to power your rig. There are also various AirBNBs, VRBOs and resorts in the area, and other hotels in the Brainerd Lakes Area, which is about 40 minutes away from the venue.

If you received a plus one, you guest will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP on our website. While we wish we could celebrate with a ton of people, our venue does have limited capacity that we need to take into account. Thanks for understanding!

If your children are invited, they are listed on your invite and when you RSVP to the event. Chicken tenders and fries are offered for kids under 10. Please specify how many kid's meals you would like when RSVP'ing. Otherwise, please use this night as a chance to find a babysitter and party with us!

Yes, free parking is available. There is no valet but plenty of space to park. Please be mindful that depending on mother nature, the parking area could be snowy/icy or muddy.

We want you to be comfortable! Anything from Sunday's best to cocktail attire is welcome.

So we can ensure you get fed, please RSVP no later than 2/10/2024 so we can get our meal counts to the caterer. You may scan the QR code or RSVP easily through this website. If the internet is not your forte, you can RSVP to the bride, groom or their parents.

There will be a cash bar with a full range of bottom to top shelf liquors, various beer and wine selections. Cards are also accepted.

While we love all our furry friends, the venue does not allow pets on site. There is a boarding facility located in Crosslake, Northland Pet Lodge, that is on the way to the venue. Otherwise Brainerd has several options, some of which are Pet Empire, Red Oaks Pet Lodge and Pampered Pets among many others. Otherwise an AirBnB or VRBO that allows pets would be a great option if you don't want to leave them home.
