Why not add a couple of days to the trip so you can enjoy some of what Austin has to offer? It's super easy to get around town and everything seems close. Some of our favorites:

1) Take a tour of the Texas State Capitol

2) Walk around Lady Bird Lake

3) Window shop, eat, and drink on South Congress

4) Take in the views atop Mt. Bonnell

5) Listen to live music on Rainey Street

6) Margaritas with chips and compuesto!

7) Drive out to Lake Travis and eat at the Oasis

8) Have a picnic at Zilker Park
