We recommend coming to CO early to acclimate and take advantage of the amazing summer weather and activities out here! Boulder sits at around 5,500 ft., and the venue sits at about 9,000 ft. So, please drink plenty of water and electrolytes, consider getting altitude medication from your MD, and pace your drinking. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Please click the "RSVP" tab on this website and input the name on your invitation. Indicate who will be able to attend the welcome drinks and wedding, and any dietary restrictions. If you have questions, or something seems incorrect, please reach out to us directly.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at North Star Gatherings in Idaho Springs, CO. Shuttles will provide transport between Embassy Suites (across the street from Residence Inn) in Boulder and the venue. The shuttles will pickup from the driveway between Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn at 1:45 p.m., and drop everyone back in Boulder at 11:15 p.m. Please keep in mind that you may drive, but that there are only 20 parking spots available for our guests at the wedding venue and you may not leave your car at the venue overnight. If you decide to drive, the route through Evergreen will be less direct from Boulder but has an easier climb and fewer switchbacks. Please let us know if you plan on driving to the venue.

Your kiddos are welcome to join us for the welcome drinks and the wedding! But please keep in mind for the wedding day, North Star is a house in the middle of the woods and an hour's drive from Boulder — so you'll need to keep a close eye on them at all times.
