Due to limited venue capacity and a budget, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. If there is any questions, please reach out.
Is there a dress code?
Our wedding colors are black and gold but any formal wear is great. (Long dresses, suits, etc.) We kindly ask that you avoid wearing jeans and colors reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams.
What about the Tennessee vs. Mississippi State football game?
As many of you know, Rachel and Dalton are die hard Vol fans. We wouldn't miss a game, even if it is on our wedding day. We will have a big screen in the venue with the game on.
Are kids allowed?
Yes! Please be sure to include them in your RSVP if you plan on them coming with you.
How should I RSVP?
To RSVP, click the "RSVP" tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before September 9th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a "no" and we will be sending our final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline- you will be missed!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will follow indoors.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please. We will not have "sides". For the reception, we will have a seating chart.
What do I do if I am late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00. We recommend guests arrive between 3:20-3:30 as guests will be golf carted up to the ceremony site from the venue. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be abole to celebrate with us at the reception! Thank you for understanding!
