Manny and Rachel met on the dance floor in 2015 at a club in Wenatchee where they celebrated the night. After exchanging names, the night ended, and Rachel left with her friend and didn't see Manny for 2 years, but she would never forget the 6' 4" guy that gave it his all tearing it up with the rhythm.

In 2017, Rachel and Manny passed each other by at the gym. Not recognizing each other at first, Rachel would make the first move by messaging him on Facebook.
They set a gym date, and the following week they met at Gold's Gym.
After the workout they set a coffee date that would never happen. Rachel had an "Apple Blossom Parade".
Rachel tried to reschedule with a hike, but Manny had plans and the two wouldn't cross paths again, until 2020.

Moving back to Washington in 2020, Rachel had not had the best of luck with the suitors she chose.
Her mom, meeting Manny at the Apple Blossom Beer Garden in 2019 suggested Rachel reach out to the nice handsome guy she met while singing to the Prefunc.

Rachel was hesitant but decided to friend Manny on Facebook. She still wasn't sure if she should reach out.

A few days later, Rachel's Dad came home from work and said, " I found the perfect guy for you!"
Rachel and her mom were excited, who was this guy?
Dad had never mentioned or suggested someone before.

"He is tall, has a good head on his shoulders, very responsible, and his name is Manuel."
Rachel's Dad, never knowing of Manny before, was surprised to find out that Rachel and her Mom knew about a guy named Manny.

Rachel told both of her parents, "No."
But that night, she got the confidence to message Manny again on Facebook.

She and Manny planned a meet up to get to know each other again. 3 years is a long time!

Afterwards, Rachel was nervous. She really liked Manny but wasn't sure if he liked her back.

That night, Manny asked her out on an official date.

After a few weeks, Rachel asked Manny to go on a family beach vacation to meet her family. Little did Manny know, who Rachel's Dad was. What a surprise that would have been!
Rachel finally revealed the Matchmaker Matchmaker set up her mom and dad unknowingly put together.
Manny was confused at first but started putting the pieces together of how many times Rachel and her family crossed his path throughout the years.

Manny went on the beach trip and was reacquainted with the Lipperts and the rest is history.
