Event Transportation
We have arranged shuttle service for all guests staying downtown and at certain vacation rentals.
For those staying downtown, shuttles should arrive around 4:35. They will plan to be stationed in the loading zone parking spots next to the Dahlonega Visitors Center. The Dahlonega Visitors Center address is 13 S Park Street and the loading zone is located at the corner of Park and Main Street.
For all Air BnB renters, we've provided the shuttle with a contact number for a guest at your respective location to help coordinate and ensure you're aware when they're on their way.
Shuttles will be available later in the evening to return you to downtown or your respective rental. If you have any questions about your shuttle pickup time or shuttle availability, please contact Jonathan or Rachel.
First, we want to thank you for planning your trip to North Georgia to celebrate with us! Dahlonega is a small town in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains about 1.5 hours north of Atlanta or 1 hour north of our home in Brookhaven. A popular weekend getaway from Atlanta, Dahlonega is known for its national forests, hikes and wineries.
We highly recommend booking accommodations as soon as you are confident in your plans. There are a couple of inns in town, but many lodging options are cottages and home rentals. If you stay in downtown Dahlonega, you will be within walking distance of restaurants & shopping and a quick drive to many wineries.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
The closest airport is Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Dahlonega is about 1.5 hours north of the airport, and we recommend renting a car. Taxis and Ubers/Lyfts are limited within the area.
The Limelight Inn
This is the closest hotel to our venue. We have a block for all 11 rooms the weekend of our wedding Thursday - Saturday. Please *call* to book/determine availability, as their website will show no available rooms.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dahlonega - University Area
We have a block of rooms (some Kings; some 2 Queens) at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown Dahlonega, a brand new hotel (opened in 2021) in the heart of downtown Dahlonega.
Please call the hotel at 706.707.8000 to reserve your room at the discounted block rates. The block name is Martinez Branch Wedding and the block code is MBW. The code will not work if you book the room online. The block rate expires on August 1, 2021.
