PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

We worked very hard to get a nice budget friendly hotel within 15 min of the venue for our guests. We have reserved a block of rooms for any of our guests interested in staying near the venue.

Right now, the block of rooms is for Thursday, May 8th - Saturday, May 10th (day before wedding and after). You do have the option of staying an extra night or less nights. If you would like to change the default dates and customize your options, please select "edit stay" and if you run into any issues, email sales@erghotels.com and mention you are a part of the James and Rachel Chaney wedding group, and Natalie Paul, our sales coordinator, will ensure your rooms and dates are booked with the same discounted rates proposed.

If this hotel is not for you, totally okay! :) Where you stay is completely up to you, but I do recommend the Kendall area (if wanted to stay close to venue) and/or googling the distance to the venue to ensure you are on time for the 5:45pm wedding time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The venue, and the hotel are 30-40min from downtown Miami, just to keep in mind if you are wanting to make a vacation out of the trip and want to stay closer to the city.

The bride and groom + wedding party will be staying downtown Miami in the Brickell area. If you are interested in staying at the same hotel as the wedding party, please text Rachel at (813-399-1923).
