We kindly ask that guests wear black formal attire. This does not require a black tie. For women, this could be a long dress, cocktail dress, or dressy pantsuit. For men, dress pants, a button-up shirt either long or short, and/or a jacket are perfect. We just ask that everyone dress formally to help create a classy and celebratory atmosphere.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00PM. To ensure you don’t miss a moment, please plan to arrive by 5:30PM. The ceremony will be brief, and we want to avoid any interruptions or delays that could affect the rest of the evening's schedule.

The Ceremony is at 6:00PM (Please arrive by 5:30PM). Cocktail Hour starts at 6:30PM and lasts until 8:00PM. The Reception starts at 8:00PM and ends at midnight. After the reception, we'll keep the celebration going with an after-party from midnight to 2:00AM at Giorgio's Baiting Hollow. All are welcome!

Yes! We’ve arranged hotel accommodations nearby for your convenience. Please refer to our travel tab for details on booking your stay. Note the cutoff date to get this rate is 6/13/2025 and is based on a first come first serve. If you do not see any rooms available on the website, contact either Rachel or Cameron to be sure as they add more once full. Shuttle transportation to and from the hotels will be provided. The shuttle service schedule is listed under the Travel tab. A send-off breakfast will be offered at the Hilton Garden Inn in the Peconic Room from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

There will be continuous transportation to and from the hotels throughout the evening, so you won’t need to worry about getting to and from the venue. Just hop on the shuttle when you're ready to go! The shuttle service schedule is listed under the Travel tab.

The meal options will be selected on the night of the wedding. We’ll be offering a variety of delicious choices, and you’ll be able to make your decision once you’re at the venue.

Yes! Don’t worry it is not too far as after the reception wraps up, we’re keeping the party going with an after-party at the same location. Come ready to dance, eat, and celebrate with us!

Please submit your RSVP by June 28th, 2025. You can RSVP either online through our RSVP page or by mailing back the response card included with your invitation—whichever is more convenient for you. Just make sure to respond by the deadline and to include everyone in your party.
