Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We have created an online RSVP that you can respond at by selecting the RSVP tab at the top of this page! If you have any issues please reach out to either Rachel or Jacob.

Please RSVP by July 1st!

Will there be a shuttle between the hotel and reception venue?

There will be a shuttle provided to transport guests from the Marriott West to Oak Ridge Country Club. It will run from 4 - 5:30 pm bringing guest to Oak Ridge Country Club and will run at the end of the night starting at 8 pm running every hour bringing guests back to the Marriott West. Otherwise there is a parking lot at the Country Club available as well.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Yes! There is a parking lot outside of the venue with plenty of parking spaces.

Are the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location?

No, the wedding ceremony will take place of Holy Name of Jesus (155 County Rd 24, Wayzata, MN 55391) and the reception will take place at Oak Ridge Country Club (700 Oak Ridge Rd, Hopkins, MN 55305). There is not transportation between the church and country club. However, there is a shuttle provided to and from bring guests from the hotel to the country club.

Have you reserved block of rooms a hotels?

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Marriott West and Courtyard Minneapolis. Please visit the "Travel" section of our website for more information or call Marriott West and say "Rachel Nellis and Jacob Harrington wedding."

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Our dress code is cocktail attire!

What is the wedding day itinerary?

The ceremony at the church will start at 2 pm, the cocktail hour will be from 4:30 - 6 pm at the country club and the dinner will start at 6 pm at the country club.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at the church at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins at 2 pm.
