After many attempts on popular dating apps like Hinge and Bumble, Rachel decided to try something new with an app called Upward. The first match she made was with Blake. While Blake sent charming messages right from the start, coordinating a date with him was quite a challenge! After a month of exchanging texts, they finally went on their first date. When a friend asked Rachel about it afterwards, she said, "I could actually see this going somewhere." Before long, they began spending more time together, and their bond grew. Blake courageously met Rachel's entire family for the first time at her sister's wedding. That night, he told Rachel he loved her, marking the beginning of their beautiful journey together. After dating for a year and a half, Blake was offered a job in Evansville, Indiana. Faced with the decision of a long-distance relationship, the couple quickly realized that they didn't want to be apart. So, Rachel decided to take the leap and move with him, ensuring they could continue building their future together. In February 2025, Blake proposed to Rachel in a memorable moment, using a diamond from Rachel's beloved nanny in the engagement ring. This meaningful gesture symbolized the lasting love and cherished memories they are excited to build together. Here's to forever!
