Our venue has a limited capacity and for this reason, we ask that you please attend without your kids unless it is otherwise specified on your invitation/RSVP link.

We’d love to have our friends and family dress up for our big day! Please wear semi-formal attire and plan for an outdoor ceremony.

Check out the “Travel” tab which lists the closest hotels from the wedding venue. The venue also has 30 onsite camping spots (unserviced) at $25 + gst for the night of the wedding. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will be interested in a camping spot.

We have hired Fenton Bus Lines for the afternoon and evening. It will be a standard yellow school bus. The bus will make its first pick up at Rustlers Lodge in Sundre at 1:45pm. If you are staying there and would like to use the shuttle, please be in the parking lot at that time to get on. The bus will then make its way to Mountain View Inn and Suites in Sundre around 2:15pm, so please be ready to get on the bus at that time if you are staying there and want a ride. The plan is for everyone to be at the venue just before 3pm. The bus will then make two trips back into Sundre to drop guests off at the two hotels. The first trip back will be around 10pm and the last will be at the end of the night, just before midnight.

Yes! With room for 100 vehicles. You can leave your vehicle at the venue overnight if needed, all vehicles must be picked up by 2pm the following day.

Please arrive at the venue no later than 20 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow for you to park, walk to the ceremony space, sign the guest book, and find your seat.

We will be having a buffet with a variety of food options. Please indicate on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions and we will try our best to accommodate you!

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, therefore, please refrain from taking pictures or videos, as we have hired a professional photographer. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

We will not be having a registry. While having you at our big day will be the greatest gift of all, if you choose to honour us with a gift, a cash gift that will go towards our honeymoon would be very appreciated.
