Blake and Rachel were "not set up" on a blind date on Cinco de Mayo by their good friends, Cassie and Scott, at Las Posas Country Club over two years ago. At first they were just friends who enjoyed each other's company golfing, going to dive bars, listening to country music, dancing in the kitchen, and wine tasting. Eventually friends turned into more when they both fell in love with the caring, thoughtful, and fun people they are - and the rest is history!
