Our story began in 2004 at Sacred Heart Grade School, when Will transferred into Rachel's 5th-grade class after moving to Charleston from Parkersburg, WV. Little did those 11-year-olds know that one day, they'd be engaged to be married!

Throughout middle and high school, we remained just friends. We both went off to WVU for college, where we didn’t spend much time together during the first three years. However, during our senior year, Rachel started spending more time at Will’s house on Sunnyside Avenue. It was there that an unexpected spark began to grow between us. As our feelings deepened, we finally found the courage to share them, and just a couple weeks after graduation in May 2015, we made our relationship official.

After graduating, we both returned to Charleston, but in January 2018, Rachel embarked on a new adventure in Charlotte, NC. To her delight, Will joined her in March 2019, and we began our next chapter together in the Queen City. Over the years, we've built a beautiful life in Charlotte, forming lasting friendships and finding careers we love. Life became even more beautiful when Will proposed in September 2024!

Now, as our wedding approaches, we are filled with excitement. We've grown up together, surrounded by the family and friends who will be with us on this special day, and we couldn't be more grateful. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone this November!
