Parking is provided on site at the Beverly Mansion.

Vehicles may be left overnight but must be moved off site by 9 am on Sunday, June 15th.

If you have opted to use the shuttle service to get to and from the venue, please note the following:

The shuttles will depart from the Hilton Columbus/Polaris by 3:20 PM on June 14th, 2025 to arrive to the Beverly Mansion by 4:00 PM.

The shuttles will return to the Hilton leaving the Beverly Mansion at 9:30 PM and at 11:00 PM.

The shuttles leaving the Beverly Mansion at 11:00 PM will stop at the Keystone Pub & Grill on the way back to the Hilton for anyone who would like to join us for an informal after party.
