4:30-5:30 PM - Cocktail hour (Hilton Garden Inn Southpointe)
5:30-10:00 PM Reception (Hilton Garden Inn Southpointe)
10:00 PM Feel free to hang out at the bar connected to the hotel. It is open until 2 AM (Jackson's Restaurant and Bar).
