We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to {Your Name} and Guest if a plus one has been given to you.

While we would love to include your children, we ask that you leave the children with a sitter unless specifically named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if your children have been invited, and “Mr. & Mrs.” if only you and your significant other have been invited.

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting formal/cocktail attire for our wedding. This includes suits for men and floor or mid length dresses for women. We invite you to dress in your finest fall attire. Think elegant, romantic and ready to dance!

We kindly ask that you avoid colors strictly reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Please RSVP by September 12th so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly.

The ceremony starts at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:50pm to allow for parking.

Hotel Covington has a parking garage across the street from the reception. Parking will be about $10-$12, and cash or card is accepted.
