The ceremony and reception will take place at the venue. The ceremony will be outside in front of beautiful trees and a stunning pond. The reception will take place between the party barn and an outdoor tent. While there will be shade, please be prepared for the outdoors. The ceremony will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.

Follow US-270 W and Albert Pike Rd, then turn right on Old Bear Rd in Royal. Continue for three miles until you reach your destination.

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, sign our guest book, and find your seat. Please give yourself at least 30 minutes to get to the venue as there may be traffic. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will NOT be allowed into the venue until after the ceremony is finished.

YES! There is plenty of parking throughout the venue however there will be plenty of directors escorting you where to park. However if you plan to drink please utilite Uber or carpool with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guest to arrive and leave in a safe manner!

We are excited to celebrate our big day with our loved ones! We kindly request cocktail attire for the event. While you are welcome to wear anything you like, we ask that you keep in mind the Azazie colors of Fuchsia, Scarlet, Tahiti, Sunset and Marigold, which the bridesmaids will be wearing.

Please RSVP your plus one as well by the deadline. We want to ensure there is enough food for everyone.

YES! The only request we make is to please put your phones away during the CEREMONY. We have hired an incredible photographer, and videographers, and content creator to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do". However, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening otherwise! We will also have a QR code to scan and share your photos with us!

We will serve a variety of authentic Mexican dishes accompanied by servers to assist in making your plate delicious. A dessert station and wedding cake will also be available. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Yes! Make sure you have a safe ride home if you plan on drinking. Our bartender will refuse service to visibly intoxicated customers and notify security if necessary.

We will be serving authentic Mexican food in a buffet style with servers available to make your plate.

No swimming is allowed at the venue as there is no lifeguard on duty. Anyone found in the pool will be asked to leave.
