We met way back in our freshman year of high school. Jake was shy, but Rachel was determined to bring him out of his shell.

We reconnected after six years when Jake took a Travel RN position on the unit Rachel was working on!

We started spending more time together outside of work. We would spend hours talking in the parking ramp after our shift.

We decided to take our first trip together to New Orleans!
