HOW SHOULD I RSVP?

Click the 'RSVP' tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. The 'RSVP' tab will become available after invitations have been sent out. Kindly RSVP before the deadline, September 28, 2025. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one it will be noted on your invitation.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

As much as we love your little ones, due to the limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional, meaning guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a suit or dinner dress instead. We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, creams, etc.

CAN WE TAKE PICTURES / VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We have hired an amazing photographer named Adrienne, and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos / videos once the ceremony is finished. That way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be in the moment with us!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive at least 15 - 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time for valet parking and to find your seat. Once the ceremony begins at 4pm, no entrance will be granted.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Yes, there will be valet services at the main entrance of the venue. Staff will direct you to the entrance of the ceremony.

WILL THERE BE ANY PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION?

We will be providing shuttle services to and from New Hope Inn & Suites located 10 minutes from the venue. More information can be found under the 'Travel' tab.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors with weather permitting. Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
