Dukes Hotel Bar - the world's best martinis, and the birth place of Bond. Walk ins only, so get there early.
The Connaught Bar - #1 on the World's Top 500 Bars list, and a fantastic place to celeb spot over a martini
Maison Assouline - A classic cocktail bar hidden in the luxury book store.

Crazy Coqs at Brasserie Zedel - an intimate cabaret venue with nightly acts and live music
Rooftop at Trafalgar St. James Hotel - great city views night or day!
Gordon's Wine Bar - the oldest wine bar in London, established in 1890. Enjoy a bottle of wine with a cheese board
Experimental Cocktail Club - a speakeasy type of bar, hidden behind a non-assuming door in China Town

Hampton Court Palace - beautiful Henry VIII tudor palace about 40 minutes outside London via the train! (Rachel's tip: book the day you arrive to help get through jetlag with walking around the palace! Don't forget to stop for a pint at a local pub before heading back)
