Stuart and Rachel's wedding will be an Anglican wedding liturgy, which includes a few additional elements from the Book of Common Prayer. This means that the ceremony is a bit longer than an average wedding ceremony. We will conclude the ceremony with Eucharist (communion). All who are baptized (regardless of denomination) and believe the Gospel are welcome to receive communion, but there is no requirement or pressure! We are simply excited to celebrate the feast of the Lord's table!
Where can I park?
There are two parking lots at Church of the Resurrection. The parking lot on Union Ave is closest to the sanctuary doors entrance.
Will there be a dinner reception? What if I have food allergies?
Yes! Both the ceremony and dinner reception will be held at Church of the Resurrection! The food is being catered from Moveable Feast & Company, and the dinner will be exclusively gluten free, peanut free, soy free, and there will be dairy free options as well. If you have other food allergies that we could try to accomodate, please note that on your RSVP!
Can I bring a plus one? Can I bring my children?
If your invitation states that you can bring a plus one, then you are welcome to! We would love to have children at our ceremony and cocktail hour. Due to limited seating, we do not have a dinner seat available for kids besides the kids in our extended family. You can note on your RSVP if your kids will be attending the ceremony and cocktail hour. Please reach out to us with any questions!
