📍Meeting Point: Muir Beach Overlook parking lot

Meet at Muir Beach Overlook parking lot, bathrooms are available. We recommend carpooling, there are about 25 parking spaces in the lot. There's a small additional "lot" down the road that fits 2-3 cars, otherwise, you can park alongside the road.

Note, depending on where you are staying and traffic it may be an hour's drive. There are some winding roads closer to Muir Beach for those that get car sick. The views are worth it though!!

🎒Bring: gym shoes, hat, water bottle, sunscreen, jacket.

🟢Difficulty: VERY Easy, 3.2 miles roundtrip, 502 ft elevation gain (pretty flat)

🏞Trail: Owl Trail to Slide Ranch

We’ll take Owl Trail along the coast down to Slide Ranch, a non-profit educational farm. Option for those to go all the way down to the water via Tide Pools Trail while others take in the views (and some snacks) before heading back.
