We would love for our guests to dress up for our special day. The dress code is Black Tie Optional. For men, a tux or a dark colored suit and tie. For women, a formal long gown or fancy midi/tea-length dress is appropriate. Please no jeans or khakis.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced for the duration. During the cocktail hour and reception, feel free to take as many pictures as you like and don't forget to share them with us!

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we can only accommodate those guests named directly on your invitation envelope. We appreciate your understanding and feel free to reach out with any questions if you are unsure.

For your convenience, We will have shuttle and bus service from all hotels to church, from church to reception and reception returning to the Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard by Marriott and the Hyatt House. Transportation will depart hotels at 4:20 for church. Post reception, shuttles will transport guest back to hotels.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the church as well as the reception venue.

Please enter through the second Longview gate off of Tom Short Rd. The gate house security will have the complete guest list and will let you through upon stating your name.

The ceremony will be inside in the church sanctuary. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the patio. The reception will be indoor/outdoor with dinner being served inside.

We love your kiddos! However, due to limited capacity this will be an adult only celebration!
