Consider sourcing your own RV through Outdoorsy. We recommend opting for delivery service on Thursday or Friday with pickup on Sunday or Monday to ensure a seamless arrival. This way, your RV will be ready and waiting for you on-site, fully equipped and prepared for your stay. No need to worry about setting up or navigating unfamiliar roads – simply arrive, unpack, and start making memories.

Plan to be "self-contained"—ask your vendor if they will provide a generator, fuel, water, grey water disposal, etc. The venue does not have RV hookups or water sources for RV camping.

There are several hotels and vacation rentals in the Mebane area. If you aren't staying on-site, we recommend staying in or near Mebane, as it is a 15-minute commute to the venue. Though Chapel Hill & Greensboro appear nearby on the map, you can expect a longer commute of 30- to 55-minutes, depending on traffic.
