The year was 2008, Nicholas and Rachel were both working at The Home Depot. Though it may be a place where doers get more done, it took us TEN YEARS to actually get together. We joined the same sports teams, went on vacations together, shared birthday parties, worked at other jobs together, and were pen pals when living in different countries - all before we even dated. Fast forward to January 2019, we are walking between venues at the In-Line company Christmas party, Rachel says something to make Nic laugh and he leans down to kiss her as if he had done it a thousand times before. The world felt as if it had stopped spinning and Nic asked Rachel, "Will you date me? Will you marry me? Will you have my babies?!" A thousand kisses since this day and we are forever grateful for our history of friendship that has laid the groundwork for such an amazing relationship.The answer to Nic's question in January 2019 was, "I need a cigarette" (Rachel doesn't smoke) but today it is, "YES! YES! YES!"

How It All Started

Our Story

We have arranged for a coach pick up service from the Grey Eagle Resort &amp; Casino to Wintergreen Golf &amp; Country Club for the Ceremony. Two coaches will be arriving for pick up at 2:00pm with transportation to the wedding venue for the ceremony. The travel time is an estimated 35 minute drive

Transportation to Ceremony

We have arranged a shuttle service for the end of the night with pick up from Wintergreen Golf &amp; Country club with service to the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino. Pick up times are: 11:30pm, 12:00am, 1:00am and 2:00am

End of Night Transportation

Free parking is available at Wintergreen Golf &amp; Country club. You are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight. The gates will be locked at the end of the night once the very last guest(s) leave and they will be reopened the following day, September 11th, at 6:00am.
