Rachel and Brandon met through mutual friends at Purdue University. They remained friends through college. After graduating college, Rachel moved to California with her dog, Gordon, and worked as an occupational therapist. Brandon became an electrical engineer and was living in Indianapolis, IN. They got reacquainted back in 2016 and then dated for 6 months. Brandon then moved to California to be with Rachel. (Awwww!!) 


Brandon enjoys setting up date nights for them to do. On November 18, 2019, Rachel's dad and stepmom flew into LA. Rachel picked them up from the airport and went to meet Brandon and Andrew (Rachel's brother) at an escape room, or so Rachel thought. What actually happened was that Brandon rented a loft in downtown LA and had friends and family there for a surprise engagement. Rachel's close friends flew in from Miami & Chicago to be there as well. Rachel opened the door and there was Brandon down on his knee with a beautiful ring! It was PERFECT! 





In 2021, Brandon and Rachel rescued two adorable pitbulls, Bruno and Luna. They're now living their Cali dreams all together!
