It is about 12 miles or 20 minutes from Estes Park to Allenspark. We recommend staying in Estes Park as there is much more to do in Estes. A shuttle service will be provided from Estes Park to the wedding venue and back to Estes Park after the wedding.

We will have multiple pickup locations. Pickup time will be 2:15pm or 2:30pm from the below locations. Please be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes early as the buses will leave promptly on time. We recommend trying your best to align lodging close to these locations or make sure you have a way to get to them. Uber & Lyft have limited availability in Estes Park. The bus locations are: 2:15pm at: Holiday Inn (previously known as the Ridgeline Hotel) - 101 S St. Vrain Ave. Estes Park, CO 80517. 2:30 PM at: The Stanley Hotel (Aspire Building on property, not the main lobby)- 333 Wonderview Ave. Estes Park, CO 80517 2:30 PM at: The Visitor Center. This is right downtown and there is a parking garage here. You may also drive to the venue and leave your car overnight at the venue if you'd like to take the shuttle back. If you do this you must pick up your vehicle by 10 am the next day. Unfortunately, the shuttles are not allowed to pickup and drop off at individual AirBnB or other hotel locations.

Yes! If you want to drive, there is a parking lot at the venue. If you choose to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, your vehicle must be picked up by 10am the next day.

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we are having an adults only wedding. So take the night off and leave the little ones at home.

Depending on the route it is about 75-80 miles and is about an hour and a half drive. If you do not want to rent a car there is a shuttle service from the airport to Estes Park. Refer to the travel section for further details on the shuttle service from the airport.

DIA is one of world's busiest airports. If you do not have TSA precheck or Clear, we recommend arriving at DIA no less than two hours before your boarding time.
