Although we love your children, we do ask that all children be left with a sitter for the night of the wedding, this will be an adult’s only celebration. Although they are welcome to the other events throughout the weekend! Thank you for respecting our wishes!

Our goal is to keep our very special weekend as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Only the name on the envelopes are those who are invited. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

The ceremony will be outside on the beach in front of Lake Tahoe. Dinner will be on the patio outside and dancing we will move inside!

The day time is warm about 75 degrees in the sun but in the shade it does down about 5-10 degrees. In the evenings it can get down to 50 degrees. Make sure to pack warm & cool clothes! Layers are best! Oh & don’t forget your swim suit!

Reception ends at 10! The Grid (8545 N Lake Bvld, Kings Beach, CA 96143 ) will be the afterparty location for some karaoke but just a heads up: drinks are on you!

North Lake Tahoe is about a 40-45 minute drive from Reno/Tahoe airport. We suggest ordering an Uber or Cab if you’re not planning on sightseeing. If you are it is best to rent a vehicle. Our welcome party and wedding location do have parking fees. Best to carpool or Uber, if you do drive we ask that you drive responsibly!

Franciscan Lakeside Lodge (The Bride & Groom will be staying at this location September 18th-22nd 2024) Tahoe Sands Resort Tahoe Sands Lodge Cedar Glen Lodge Tahoe Vista Lodge & Cabins Moutelatos Lakeshore Resort Firelite Lodge These are a little farther away from the festivities!
