For guests who are not part of the wedding party, check-in will be available on the morning of the wedding day. Please note that accommodations at Camp OVY will not be available on Friday night for non-wedding party guests, so you will need to arrange for lodging elsewhere for that evening. Nearby options include hotels and vacation rentals in the Half Moon Bay area and Peninsula, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from Camp OVY. See our Travel page for more details.

Each cabin can sleep up to six people, featuring multiple twin-sized bunk beds. While we will do our best to group guests appropriately and provide single cabins where possible, please note that space is limited. The cabins have shared bathrooms and very limited access to power outlets, so we recommend bringing a flashlight or battery-operated lantern for your convenience.

If you are able to bring a sleeping bag and pillow, please do so. If not, you can contribute $30 via Venmo to @RaeCool to have these items provided. All purchased sleeping bags will be donated to the summer camp after our event. Additionally, we recommend bringing a towel and your own toiletries.

Multiple shower facilities are available on-site. Guests should bring travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries, along with a towel. Please be mindful that hot water may be limited during peak usage times.

While the cabins have limited access to power outlets, there are outlets located in the main cabin that guests will have access to for charging small devices. We encourage you to bring portable chargers to ensure your devices remain powered throughout the weekend.

For those who prefer tent camping, there is ample space available. Please bring all necessary camping supplies, including a tent, sleeping bag, and any other essentials to ensure a comfortable stay.
