Our Wedding

We met in 2022 while both volunteering for a cattle show, shortly before Wyatt went down to Minnesota for work. We made the 6 months apart, and have spent the last 3 years together. If you know Wyatt, he always has to do something unique that no one else has. Naturally, when Wyatt decided to propose, he got his great grandmas ring redone. The inner heart piece came from the original ring, and the rest was designed by Wyatt. The ring itself was from 1904, when his great grandma was trying to choose between two men. She ended up choosing the one with the faster team of horses (which is not actually this ring!). After her husband of many years passed away, she reconnected with her old suitor (who had the slower team of horses). After they reconnected, he proposed with a ring that he had made for her before she chose her first husband! We are very honoured to have such an amazing story behind a one of a kind ring.

Below are some options for hotels. We will have a bus travelling to the hotels by the airport after the reception. If you are looking at booking an Air BNB or something similar, we would recommend staying on the east side of the river and avoiding any streets that have a letter (Ave A, Ave B, etc.). If you have any questions about where to stay feel free to give us a call!

Campland is 10km north of Saskatoon located by Martensville, and approximately 20 minutes from Langham. You can email or submit a reservation at any time for the 2026 season.

The Hampton Inn is located by the Saskatoon airport, on the north end of the city (closer to Langham). We are planning on having a service to transport people back to this area after the reception.

River Valley is currently fully booked, but feel free to email them to be on the cancellation list. This is right in Langham and has lots of great amenities (pickleball, dog park, wifi, a patio)!

Featuring barbecue facilities, Canalta Martensville is located in Martensville in the Saskatchewan region, 13 miles from TCU Place and 8.5 miles from SaskTel Centre. This 3-star hotel offers a shared lounge, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness center, as well as the sauna and hot tub. All guest rooms come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fridge, a coffee machine, a shower, free toiletries and a desk. Registry

Ceremony 

The ceremony will be located at Bar A Simmentals, 52.13025N, 107.04732W. You can enter the GPS Coordinates into your map! Below there are also some helpful photos with landmarks. You can also enter 'Sandy Ridge Gas Station' and follow the maps to the gas station. The farm is located one mile west of the gas station on the north side of highway 14. We will have signs posted, but there is also a Bar A Simmental sign on the fence.

Reception & Dance 

Our reception and dance will be located at the Langham Affinity Community Hall. If you choose to head there after the ceremony, your maps (apple and google) will send you up some gravel roads. These are typically in pretty good shape, but it won't take much longer if you choose to take highway. If you take gravel, you will leave the farm heading east on Highway 14, back towards Saskatoon and turn north at your first left, on to Young Road. Take that until you hit a T intersection, and turn right/east, on highway 784 (Straun Grid rd). Go about 2.5 miles and turn left/north on to Range Road 3074. Cross the double lane, take a slight right turn on to Second Ave in Langham. You will get to the north edge of town, and the hall will be on your right. There is parking along the north and west sides of the building.
