Our Love Story

Frankie and Raegan’s story began in their favorite place: the racetrack… shocking, we know. Both of them grew up at the track and spent half their lives there—crossing paths more times than anyone could count. But, believe it or not, they had no idea who the other was until Best Man Kenny did what any good friend would do… he stalked Raegan’s Facebook and showed Frankie. It wasn’t long before Frankie started turning on a few win lights and finally caught Raegan’s attention. Or maybe it was that time he almost ran over her grandpa with his racecar. Depends on who you ask. And if you ask them how things unfolded after that? You’ll get two different versions: one true, and one the “exaggerated truth.” We’ll let you decide which is which. What they both agree on is this: they instantly connected one October night in Commerce, GA. They talked for hours, as if they’d known each other their whole lives.The next two years were spent navigating a long-distance relationship—countless flights between North Carolina and Florida, weekend meet-ups in Savannah (one of their favorite places), and of course, plenty of reunions at the racetrack. There were many “discussions” about who would eventually move… and let’s just say Raegan clearly lost that one. Now, the two are building a life together in Florida, where they’ve added a third to their party: Brooklynn. Brooklynn became a beautiful, natural part of their story—bringing out the best in both of them and adding even more love to their lives. And now, tying the knot is just the next chapter in this perfectly imperfect, uniquely theirs, and absolutely beautiful love story.

Michael and Frank have been friends for over 15 years. They’ve been part of each other’s lives through so many stages— from being clueless twenty-somethings to becoming some old guys with kids. They can go months without seeing each other, but the moment they’re together, it’s as if no time has passed.

Shelby and Frank have been friends for over six years, having met through a mutual group of friends. Now the two are carrying each other through this new stage in life called Fatherhood. Whenever both families are in town, you can count on them getting together for a weekend hangout—letting their girls play, run wild, and be wonderfully feral together.

Derrick and Frank have been friends for over nine years. You can usually find them at a race or out riding side-by-sides. Even though Derrick prefers the turn-left style of racing more than Frank’s beloved drag racing, Frank doesn’t hold it against him—especially since Derrick’s wife likes the right kind of racing.

Anna was one of Raegan’s first friends in Florida—their bond began over pickles and quickly turned into finding any excuse to make plans together on the weekends. Anna supported Raegan through her move to Florida, and since then, they’ve carried each other through the journey of motherhood. Their friendship is one of those rare ones that feels like family.

Raegan and Allie met freshman year at Campbell through mutual friends, and it was an instant connection—like they’d known each other for years. Even with the busy rhythm of life and kids, they always pick up right where they left off, especially during their much-needed girls’ weekends.

Raegan and Dawn first met when Dawn did a little Facebook ‘investigating’ to find a freshman-year roommate at Campbell University — and it was roommate at first sight. Freshman year had its ups and downs, but it only made their friendship stronger. Now, years later, they jump at any chance to be weekend roomies again, turning every girls’ getaway into another unforgettable memory.

Nicole is one of Raegan’s longest and most cherished friendships. They’ve been through every stage of life together and have always shown up for each other, no matter what. What started as two high-school girls working at a seafood restaurant has grown into a lifelong bond.

It didn’t take much for these two to become friends—their shared love of drag racing brought them together instantly. There’s something special about a drag-racing bestie; it’s a unique kind of friendship that not many people get to experience. From long days at the track to cheering each other on through life, their bond has only grown stronger. It’s the kind of friendship that feels like having your own built-in pit crew.

Meet our officiant—our amazing friend who we lovingly joke completes our throuple. It only felt right that the person who’s always in the middle of our jokes is now in the middle of our ceremony, too. She truly completes us and our friend group; there’s no one like her, and we’re so honored to call her our friend. Don’t even think about asking—she’s not up for grabs!

These two little besties are the ones we pray stay inseparable for a lifetime. Brooklynn, Frankie and Raegan’s daughter—and Olivia, their ‘adopted’ niece, share a bond that’s as genuine as it is adorable. Their friendship has grown into something truly special, full of giggles, chaos, and heart-melting moments. So it’s only fitting that we send them down the aisle together, supporting (and let’s be honest, taming) each other every step of the way.

Waylon and Cash have been the best ‘big brothers’ to Raegan and Frankie’s little girl—bringing a whole lot of extra giggles everywhere they go. They adore Brooklynn and take their protective duties very seriously, so we know they’ll be the perfect pair to guard those rings on the big day. If anything, we’re pretty sure the rings will be safer with them than with the adults.
